Keith Stentz

A long-time faculty in the CCS Advertising Department, Keith enjoys sharing his knowledge and experience with students and colleagues. Having taught a variety of courses, he has focused more recently on teaching copywriting skills to aspiring art directors and copywriters asking them to explore the powerful relationship between words and images as well as the ways in which words themselves can trigger visual imagery. As Creative Director at advertising agencies including McCann/SAS and VSI, Keith has won more than one hundred national and international creative awards including Clios and the Detroit, New York, London, and Irish Advertising Festivals. In addition, Keith’s outstanding work and contributions were honored with a Hall of Fame CADDY award from the Creative Directors Club of Detroit. At Jackson Dawson, Keith collaborates with clients to develop integrated marketing communication strategies that include research, planning, media selection, print and broadcast advertising, digital media, trade shows, web site development and design, public relations, and training support.
