Susan Thorton Rogers is a graphic designer with expertise in communication design, strategic design and branding. She worked in the New York office of Chermayeff and Geismar and the Chicago offices of RVI Corporation and Crosby Associates. In New York she cofounded the design office, Laundy Rogers Design, and developed a national practice specializing in corporate identity and strategic design. She continues her design practice in Detroit and has taught identity systems and typography at the College for Creative Studies for the past 13 years. Rogers has been invited to speak about design at the business schools of Cornell University and the University of Michigan. She also has served as a Trustee for several art organizations.
