Adjunct Faculty - Photography
Job Description
The Photography Department is looking for adjunct faculty to teach an upper division required studio class, Advanced Photographic Fine Arts Concepts. The objective of this class is to provide students with a foundation in photo/art criticism. Emphasis is on the student developing an understanding of both the evolution and the theory associated with art, photography and electronic imaging, and reflecting this in studio work to produce expressive and thoughtful works of art.
Job requirements
Candidates must have a BFA, with a MFA preferred, be an active practicing artist with a strong exhibition record, and have some teaching experience in a college environment.
