Diploma Program Guidelines

CCS diploma programs include:

Students must apply and be accepted into a diploma program before enrolling in diploma level courses. To satisfy prerequisite requirements courses must be taken in sequential order. Not all classes in the diploma programs will be offered each semester, as some courses are run on a rotational basis. Students must complete a diploma program within three years.

Credits from other institutions are not accepted for transfer into CCS' diploma programs. If a student has taken the equivalent of a required course at either CCS or another institution, approval to substitute a more challenging course may be obtained from the Director of Continuing Education.

Each course in the diploma program is worth 3.0 College credits. Payment schedules and fees associated with the program follow the policies listed in the CCS Course Schedule Book.
