CCS Fiber Design alumna, Annica Cuppetelli, who received her MFA in Fiber Design from Cranbrook Academy of Art in 2008, was chosen to represent the entire academy by Daimler Financial Services as this year’s emerging artist.
From the coast of Lake Michigan to the Pacific Ocean… this summer, CCS leadership, faculty and staff traveled to Chicago and San Diego to host receptions for area alumni.

In 1983, the Alumni Scholarship Fund was established with a gift of $10,000 from married alumni who met while taking the same class at CCS. The scholarship began as a competition that allowed current CCS students to submit entries for review by a group of alumni. The awarding process changed through the years, and recently, the award has been given to the student with the top GPA in each major. This year, the Alumni Scholarship returned to its roots with a competition format.
