Create Solutions — Make a Foundation Gift

In recent years, nearly 40 foundations, funds and partnerships have supported creative solutions at CCS and in the community by making it possible for the College to inspire those gifted in the visual arts. Several family and corporate foundations make annual gifts to CCS while others work in partnership with the College on grants for specific departments, programs or scholarships. Totaling hundreds of thousands of dollars annually, foundation gifts and grants enable CCS to operate its Community Arts Partnerships programs to provide art education programs to thousands of children in Detroit schools. Some donor-designated gifts support on-campus cultural awareness and capital improvements. Complete with naming opportunities, progress report cycles and measured results, CCS can create a substantive means of uplifting engagement for virtually any foundation with an emphasis on education, art or design.
