NOTE: All of the following may be submitted separately from your application - Submit your official high school transcripts and college transcripts (if applicable).
- Submit your ACT (code 1989) or SAT (code 1035) scores.
- Submit a five-to eight-piece portfolio. Portfolios should be uploaded to https://ccs.slideroom.com
*International students must also submit a minimum Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) score for the internet of 71 or a TOEFL with a minimum composite score of 527 on the paper-based or 197 on the computer-based test. www.toefl.org. Code 1035.
*Applicants having earned a GED must submit official results of their test scores instead of high school transcripts.
