Frequently asked questions about Custom Training
You have questions, we have answers. Click on a topic below to reveal answers to common questions about custom training at CCS.
Our training sessions are available for professional creative teams of three to ten+ people. While we can be flexible, we find that this size group provides an opportunity for each participant to make a contribution, and gives our CCS Expert Trainers enough time to focus on the team's specific needs in a training environment.
The content of each training program is specifically designed to meet your team's needs. CCS recognizes that there are many training options out there, but what makes us unique is that we let you tell us what you need and why so we can work with our Content Experts to develop a training program that ensures we meet your expectations. First we meet briefly with your team to assess your future and immediate creative needs, and then we discuss ways of folding a current or future work project into the training program content. This way, your team is ahead of the curve. Our Expert Team can assist your creative group in developing client solutions by keeping your current creative projects front and center.
Each CCS Custom Training program is developed after a needs assessment of your team and is based on the outcomes stated as most important to you and your team's projects and goals. The success of the training is monitored throughout to ensure the Expert Trainer is meeting the learning objectives, that participants are making progress, and that everyone's expectations are being met. CCS believes that our training can act as a catalyst for your creative projects and strives to provide the opportunity for participants to learn, apply and retain the skills being presented. There are also opportunities to have our Expert Trainer follow-up with your team in post-training to help trouble shoot or refresh your teams' understanding or application of elements covered in training.
CCS Custom Training sessions are designed to meet your team's schedule and needs. Formats can vary from 1-1.5 day sessions, to 24 or 30 hours over several weeks. It is important to keep in mind that we schedule training sessions based on the level, intensity and availability of your team's goals. When you meet with the CCS Custom Training Manager, together you discuss the ideal duration of the program, appropriate session times and lengths, and meeting frequency of your customized program. This is one of the reasons we call it "Custom" Training - we can be there where, when and for however long you need.
Our training delivery formats range from hands-on courses in a computer lab or meeting room, to single day/evening seminar lectures, to live Adobe® Connect online (http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobatconnectpro/) format which allows participants to log in to a live, interactive web-based presentation. Any of our delivery formats would be designed to ensure a successful learning experience.
Training programs can be offered at times that best meet the demands of your team's schedule. We have Expert Trainers who can be available to meet your schedule and needs. Our Trainers work (and breathe) their trade and are top leaders in their field. We seek to match one of our Experts with your needs and schedule. We also bring the Expert Trainer in to meet your team prior to the start of your training program, so they can better understand your goals with the training, which allows them to tailored your program to best meet your team's expectations.
Each Training program is priced based on the type of training you team needs. Our rates are determined specifically for your needs-including your budget limitations. After our first meeting (no fee or obligation), CCS will develop a proposal and send it to you for your review. From there, we can adjust as needed. By letting us know what your training budget will allow, we can develop a training program that will work for all involved. We do our best to match CCS's Expert Team with your team's needs and budget, to provide the best possible outcome.

Many companies are requesting Flash, Dreamweaver and Adobe Suite integration in addition to project management, inter-team communication, and creative workflow processes.
What makes our training unique is that we are able to thoroughly train your staff quickly by tailoring a program that meets your team's specific needs. No need to sit through beginning level content if your team already knows it-we will start the training where you need us to start. We are able to fold your current creative projects into your training program content, allowing your creative team an opportunity to dedicate guided training time to that project. This not only helps your team to meet the demands of the project, but also allows them to apply and retain what they are learning in training. CCS recognizes that your business is in a competitive market-learn from CCS Experts who are leaders in their industry.
