CCS Center Galleries presents:
Making Mischief is generously sponsored by Linda Dresner Levy and Ed Levy, Jr.
Making Mischief features artists from Detroit, New York and Italy whose wry, provocative works scrutinize (and, in some cases, satirize) the settings, systems and behaviors unique to the art world.
Director’s Choice: Art on Art
January – February 2015
Center Galleries director Michelle Perron creates an homage to the art world, artists and the art making process with this selection of works by Detroit and New York-based artists, including Alex Gingrow, Cynthia Greig, Scott Reeder and others.
Creative Expressions: Jonathan Rajewski and Friends
March – April 2015
Creative Expressions is a hybrid exhibition and ad hoc learning center. Throughout the duration of the exhibition, a series of scattered, heteromorphic workshops will take place in situ by Jonathan Rajewski, Chris Riddell, Dylan Spaysky and friends.
Additional exhibitions in Alumni & Faculty Hall and the CCS Permanent Collection Gallery occur throughout the year, as well as gallery talks, film and literary events, and visits by some of the art world’s most important figures through our renowned Woodward Lecture Series.
