CCS alumnus, artist, educator and iconoclastic designer Ed Fella dared to reshape contemporary typography and graphic design, and is now considered one of the most influential designers of the last quarter century. Center Galleries is pleased to mount a survey exhibition revealing the diverse array of Fella’s significant creative and commercial output.

Director’s Choice: Art on Art
January – February 2015
Center Galleries director Michelle Perron creates an homage to the art world, artists and the art making process with this selection of works by Detroit and New York-based artists, including Alex Gingrow, Cynthia Greig, Scott Reeder and others.
Creative Expressions: Jonathan Rajewski and Friends
March – April 2015
Creative Expressions is a hybrid exhibition and ad hoc learning center. Throughout the duration of the exhibition, a series of scattered, heteromorphic workshops will take place in situ by Jonathan Rajewski, Chris Riddell, Dylan Spaysky and friends.
Additional exhibitions in Alumni & Faculty Hall and the CCS Permanent Collection Gallery occur throughout the year, as well as gallery talks, film and literary events, and visits by some of the art world’s most important figures through our renowned Woodward Lecture Series.
