Personal Visits
Prospective students are welcome to schedule a personal visit and tour with a CCS Admissions Counselor, Monday through Friday.

Attend an Information Session to experience all the exciting resources available to CCS students. Take a tour of campus, meet faculty and discuss admissions and financial aid questions. Most Information Sessions run from 9:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. Please note that the Information session scheduled for May 20 will run from 4 p.m. - 8 p.m.

Registration and Check-in:

Admissions Presentation:
Get an overview of the college, our majors and admission requirements led by an Admissions representative.
Place: Wendell W. Anderson, Jr. Auditorium, Walter B. Ford II Building
Times: 10:00 am, 11:00 am, 12:00 noon
Career Presentation:
Learn about Career opportunities in art and design, internships, companies that recruit our students and alumni success stories led by a Career Services Representative.
Times: 10:30 am, 11:30 am, 12:30 pm
Financial Aid Presentation:
A representative from our Financial Aid Office will help you navigate your way through the FASFA application and financial aid process.
Times: 10:00 am, 11:00 am, 12:00 noon
Pre-College Presentation:
There are many ways that CCS can help you get ready for the demands of applying to a college of art and design. We offer individual evening or weekend courses throughout the year. Each summer we offer an outstanding Summer Experience where you can earn college credit, live on campus, create work in an elective major, and refine your portfolio presentation.

Portfolio Reviews and Transfer Credit Placement
Meet one-on-one with a member of our Admissions team to review your portfolio for general feedback or to complete the admissions process. Prospective students or applicants who have taken college level art courses should plan on bringing their transcripts along with their strongest examples of course work for credit review and Placement. In some cases, you may be asked to leave behind a portfolio for review by departmental faculty.
Housing Tours
A Student Life Representative will give tours of our on-campus housing. You'll see the inside of campus apartments and housing facilities.
Campus Tours
Check out the college's facilities, including our art and design studios, animation and digital media labs, craft studios, sculpture gardens, faculty and student gallery spaces and general classroom environments, all on a tour with our student ambassadors.
In-Depth Departmental Tours:
If you know which program(s) you're interested in, you'll have the chance to check out the department and meet with faculty members. Our 11 academic programs include Advertising Design, Art Education, Crafts, Entertainment Arts, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Illustration, Interior Design, Photography, Product Design, and Transportation Design.
Refreshments will be served at noon.
