Once you have received your Letter of Acceptance, the next step is to reserve your space in your department and/or housing.
Complete and mail the Commitment Fee form (104 KB, PDF) with your payment to the Office of Admissions.
If you plan on using CCS housing, complete and mail the following forms to the Housing Office after paying your commitment fee.
