Michigan National Portfolio Day

10 am – 2 pm

On Sunday, October 31st, 2010, CCS will host the Michigan National Portfolio Day from 10 am – 2 pm. National Portfolio Day is an event specifically for visual artists and designers. It is an opportunity for those who wish to pursue an education in the visual and related arts to meet with representatives from 36 colleges from the United States and Canada, accredited by the National Association of Schools of Art and Design (see list of participating schools below.) Representatives will be available to review your artwork, discuss their programs and answer questions about professional careers in art.

Michigan National Portfolio Day is free and open to the public, no reservations necessary. On Saturday, October 30th, CCS will also offer FREE one-day workshops for precollege students planning to attend National Portfolio Day on Sunday, October 31.
