    Since last fall, Team Detroit has been working in conjunction with CCS’s Marketing and Public Relations office as CCS’s agency of record. Together, they have been working on a series of projects including radio spots, a guerilla poster campaign, brand marketing strategy and 40 videos featuring students, alumni and faculty.

  5. 28 Mar 2011 CCS' Entertainment Arts department welcomes producer/director Michael Selditch

    Executive Producer of the Discovery Channel's Detroit Renaissance documentary, Michael Selditch will step away from his filming duties to visit CCS on April 5 from 4:30 until 6:00 p.m. He’ll conduct a special screening of his series “Architecture School” and a Q&A session for the CCS community. He is a two-time Emmy nominated filmmaker who has directed and produced numerous Non-Scripted and Reality television shows such as “Queer Eye for the Straight Guy,” “30 Days,” “Nine By Design” and “Project Jay.” His lecture will be held at the Walter B. Ford Building in Senior Studio 301.

  6. 14 Jan 2011 Pixar's 'Cars 2' Is Previewed at Detroit Auto Show

    After Detroit auto show press previews conclude, the AutoWeek Design Forum commands the spotlight. Thursday’s edition of the event — held at the former General Motors design center, now the College for Creative Studies A. Alfred Taubman Center for Design Education — included presentations by Frank Stephenson, design chief of McLaren Automotive and also a veteran of Mini and Fiat, and Achim Badstuebner, head of exterior design for Audi. Mr. Badstuebner collected an EyesOn Design award for his A6 on Tuesday.

  10. 08 Mar 2010 CCS Entertainment Arts alumnus wins Best Editing Award at the Detroit Independent Film Festival

    CCS Entertainment Arts alumnus, Jamie Surgener, ‘09, won the Best Editing award for his film AVABOT at the Detroit Independent Film Festival (DIFF). AVABOT was created by Surgener as his senior thesis project at CCS.
