- Reserve your space by paying your $100 commitment fee. Download the form (43 KB, PDF).
- Request that your final official transcript from high school with a graduation date, Advance Placement test scores and official college transcript(s) (if applicable) be sent to the Academic Advising and Registration Office. This is mandatory and should be done as soon as possible after completion of all courses so proper credit can be applied towards your student record.

Students Living On Campus
- Return all of the following housing paperwork: Housing application and $200 housing deposit, Resident Acknowledgement (signed), First Housing payment of $350, Medical History form and Medical Information form to the Office of Student Life. Housing assignments are made on a first come, first served basis for applicants with a complete housing file.
- Find a local doctor. It is important to do this now, as your housing application will be placed on the waitlist until this is complete. Call the phone number on the back of your health insurance card and ask for doctors who will be covered by your insurance in Detroit. Then choose and contact the doctor's office to complete the necessary paperwork. Again, it is important to do this with your housing paperwork so that you will be given student housing.
- Move in on your designated move in dates, provided by the Housing Office.
