Pre-College Presentation

There are many ways that CCS can help you get ready for the demands of applying to a college of art and design. We offer individual evening or weekend courses throughout the year. Each summer we offer an outstanding Summer Experience where you can earn college credit, live on campus, create work in an elective major, and refine your portfolio presentation.

Admissions Presentation

Get an overview of the college, our majors and admissions requirements led by a CCS Admissions Counselor.

Financial Aid Presentation

Staff from our Financial Aid Office will help you navigate your way through the FAFSA application and financial aid process.

Career Presentation

A Career Services representative will discuss career opportunities in art and design, internships, and about companies that recruit our students.

Guided Campus Tours

Learn the locations of our majors while receiving a general overview of our facilities led by student and staff tour guides.
Ford Campus:  See Art Education, Crafts, Entertainment Arts, Fine Arts, Foundation, Illustration, Liberal Arts and Photography studios and classrooms. 
Place:  Departs from the Ford Campus, Walter B. Ford Lobby Security Desk.
Time: Every ½ hour
Taubman Center:  See Advertising Design, Graphic Design, Interior Design, Product Design and Transportation Design studios and classrooms.
Place:  Departs from the Taubman Center Lobby Security Desk at the South entrance. 
Take shuttle.
Times: Every ½ hour.  

On-Campus Housing Tours

Led by Student Life representatives.

Ford Campus:  See Art Centre Building, apartment style dorms.
Place: Departs from the Ford Campus, Walter B. Ford II Building lobby.
Times: Every ½ hour  
Taubman Campus:  See Taubman Center, loft style units.
Place: Departs from the Taubman Center lobby Security Desk at the South entrance.

Admissions:
Meet with an Admissions Counselor to discuss admission requirements, receive formal and informal portfolio reviews and transfer credit evaluations.

If you know which program(s) you’re interested in, you’ll have the chance to check out the department and meet one-on-one with faculty members.
