SB-CEU Courses
Michigan K-12 teachers can earn continuing education units at CCS. Each semester the Continuing Education department offers several courses that have been approved for State Board Certified Education Units (SB-CEU's) by the Michigan Department of Education, and may be used toward certificate renewal. You will earn SB-CEU's by attending the minimum number of required hours and completing the course objectives. Students must state their intention of earning SB-CEU's when they register, and by using the correct SB-CEU course code. Tuition for courses taken for SB-CEU credit includes an additional $5 processing fee. Students who complete SB-CEU courses will receive an official transcript shortly after the end of the semester.
