Foundation Department Summer Guest Student Program

The College for Creative Studies is pleased to offer the Summer Guest Student Program. This program makes the College's exceptional curriculum available to everyone, and at reduced fees.

Whether you are currently enrolled in college, entering college in the fall, a high school student entering 12th grade, or a non-degree student who has always wanted to acquire the ability to draw, the Foundation program at CCS can help you achieve your goals at a reduced summer rate.

Students entering 12th grade will learn to develop skills and create work for their college application portfolio. This is a great way to focus on the kind of drawing portfolio that is desired by so many institutions. Students entering 12th grade may earn college credit.

Students can take advantage of the smaller class size, lower faculty to student ratio and the compressed semester. Students entering other institutions will benefit from the strength of CCS's Foundation program, and possible transfer credit.
The Summer Guest Student Program gives students who are entering college this fall the opportunity to strengthen their skills and lighten their first semester load.

During the Summer Guest Student Program, non-degree students are offered the opportunity to study at one of the most dynamic art colleges in the US today. Students will learn skills in color and design, popular digital design programs, or learn to draw.
