Ted Bott has been involved with advanced product design and development for more than 25 years.
Working at companies such as United Technologies, Navigation Technologies, and in his current role as vice president of new business development at Sundberg-Ferar, he has interacted at the executive level with clients including Procter & Gamble, Masco Corp, 3M, Microsoft, BMW (Munich), Fujitsu-Ten, Pratt & Whitney, Carrier Corporation, Bed Bath and Beyond, Stryker Medical, Renault and many others. Coupled with an academic background in both engineering and sales/marketing, Bott brings real-world experience to students through many personal case studies.
He has been teaching classes in Management, Marketing Strategy, Sales Operations, Sales Management, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Organizational Behavior, Creativity & Innovation and International Logistics Management on an adjunct basis for nearly 20 years. His passion is helping students understand that their talents have real, tangible value to a business, and assisting them in developing the skills to sell that value to maximize their potential.
