David Lamberti has been a CCS adjunct faculty member for eight years.
Outside of CCS, he has served as the creative director for Viacom Outdoor Advertising Group in Detroit since 1996, consulting with ad agencies and creating out-of-home advertising campaigns for corporations, big and small, throughout the US and Canada. Prior to his tenure at Viacom, Lamberti was the director of advertising for a major Midwestern retail jewelry chain and served as a graphic designer in a consultancy firm headed by the legendary General Motors Design Chief William L. Mitchell. While at Mitchell Design, he created work that has appeared on Goodyear Tire Products and retail outlets worldwide including the Goodyear Blimp. Lamberti's diverse background, in-depth experience in production techniques and "real world" no-nonsense spin on the advertising industry brings valuable insight into non-traditional advertising mediums and design-based advertising solutions.
