Miranda Clark has a MFA in New Media from Transart Institute, Danube University Krems and a BA in Sociology and Studio Art from Colgate University. In her practice she references feminine archetypes found in fairytales, pop culture, and love ballads. Through photography, performance, and ongoing investigation, she manipulates the ritual standards of desire, fantasy, and consumption. Clark has attended residencies in Austria, Germany, and Spain. Her work has been exhibited internationally. She has been teaching at CCS since 2011.
