The presence and definitions of "Ruins" and "Abandonment" in our society in relation to both structures and people.

The operation and application of formal and applied Linear Perspective.

Professional Experience:

14 years Freelance Illustration based out of Los Angeles and New York, clients: Walt Disney Corp., Paramount Pictures,Warner Brothers Records, Avon Books, DAW Books, Doubleday Books, Sega Genesis, Atari Corp., Nintendo Inc., Encyclopedia Britannica, TSR/Dungeons & Dragons, and more.

10 years adjunct professor at Art Center College of Design in Illustration, Foundations, and Industrial Design.

Significant publications/presentations/exhibitions/projects

2013-2015 Olson is currently published/presenting 110 hours of High Definition video Lectures on Linear Perspective on the international website Another 70 hours is in development.

Best in Show award at the the Surrealism Show at Grosse Pointe Art Center 2012.

"An Outside View" One man show, exhibiting 14 paintings at the Art House in Northville, MI in 2011.
