Joseph Siler joined Ford Motor Company in 1983. Since then he has taken part in several foreign assignments in Italy, Germany, Great Britain, Japan and Belgium and is currently the vehicle personalization design manager. He worked on the "Contempra" concept car for the 1994 auto show circuit and created the Ford Escort sedan interior. Siler spent six years as Design Surveillance and his caricature art was featured in Automobile magazine's Non Sequitur.
