CCS: Crafts I Shape the Future With an Arts and Crafts Degree
Jeremy Noonan is an artist and textile designer. He started his career in 2000 as a textile designer and held creative positions with leading manufacturing and retail companies. In 2008, he started Noonan Studio, LLC, an incubator to explore pattern, color, and materials for various surface applications. Client projects include commercial upholstery, architectural glass, area rugs, and home fashion.
Before joining CCS in 2013, Noonan was a Professor at Savannah College of Art and Design within the Fibers Department where he taught undergraduate and graduate courses. Noonan has an MFA in Fiber from Cranbrook Academy of Art and a BFA in Crafts from College for Creative Studies. He is currently an Associate Professor and Head of Fiber and Textiles at the College for Creative Studies.
