Danielle Cantin runs her own business, Alpha Zulu Advertising and Beyond, functioning as an advertising and marketing consultant.
Specializing in the health and wellness industry, Her target is to build meaningful relationships. Cantin continually uses research and the simple art of listening and asking questions to create breakthrough messaging that not only empowers the consumer, but her clients and the people she works with.
Prior to consulting, Cantin was the Director of Marketing for American House Senior Living Communities, where she brought her unique curiosity and passion for thinking to the creative process of building a brand. Working with an exceptional team, she was able to create an impactful, timely and consistent 360º campaign that inspired leadership, recognized employees, attracted investors and grew the business.
Cantin also worked as an Associate Creative Director at Doner Advertising in Southfield, Michigan. During her 13-year tenure she won numerous awards for her work with Mazda, American Kennel Club, Cleveland Clinic, Detroit Zoo, La-Z-Boy and Sherwin Williams.
From the study of engineering at University of Michigan to graduate work in psychology, Cantin is a lifelong student – continuing her pursuit of knowledge by teaching part time at College for Creative Studies, her Alma mater in Detroit, Michigan.
In 2012, Cantin won the Vanguard Award for innovation in communications, presented by The Association for Women in Communications. In addition, three students won the 2011 National Art Directors Club Student Competition under her direction, bringing home the coveted Gold and Bronze Cube Awards from NYC.
