2012 Auto Glow theme developed by Interior Design students

CCSâ??s Interior Design program partnered with The Childrenâ??s Center for this yearâ??s Auto Glow Design Challenge. Students were asked to develop a unique theme for all aspects of AutoGlow to benefit The Children's Center, presented by Ford Motor Company, a black tie fund raiser held on the evening of the North American International Auto Showâ??s Charity Preview gala. This yearâ??s winners were selected based on their creativity, uniqueness, efficient use of space and ease of execution. The winning team included Shayne Shepherd and Kristina Prybula, whose circus-themed party boasted a three-ring circus, a carnival room fit with tent-like draping, animal raffle tickets, circus treats, acrobatics, magicians and more. The theme transformed the ballroom and several other spaces in the Westin Book Cadillac Hotel, creating an unexpected environment and setting the stage for a successful and fun event.
