CCS takes part in North American International Auto Show

CCS, joined by corporate partners past and present, was again a participant during at the 2012 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS). This yearâ??s CCS display was located on the main floor of NAIAS and featured 16 innovative models from CCS Transportation Design students. The models represented projects undertaken with General Motors, Ford, Ferrari, Meritor, Chrysler and Honda. CCS was involved with many events surrounding the NAIAS including the Transportation Design Student Exhibition, the Cadillac ATS reveal, Michelin event, Designerâ??s Night, Eyes on Design, Automotive News World Congress Scholarship Dinner and the Autoweek Design Forum. After spending over an hour talking to CCS students and faculty at the Collegeâ??s booth at this yearâ??s North American International Auto Show, Huffington Post reporter Kate Abbey-Lambertz walked away very impressed with what CCSâ??s Transportation Design department is doing.
