The Fillmore Detroit
The Detroit International Wine Auction (DIWA), which raised $2.0 million in 2018, ranks as one of the top charitable wine auctions in the United States, and is number one in the Midwest. Proceeds from the event support undergraduate CCS student scholarships and free art programs for Detroit youth.
The College for Creative Studies (CCS) is a private, fully accredited college of art and design, with a mission of nurturing creativity and educating visual artists and designers for significant roles in the creative professions that shape society. CCS currently enrolls more than 1,400 undergraduate and graduate students. With a world-class faculty and facilities second to none, CCS sets its graduates on the path to fulfilling careers in the fine arts and in industries such as transportation, film, animation, games, entertainment, advertising and communications, consumer electronics, athletic apparel, interior design and other consumer products.

Vintner’s Private Reception

The Vintner’s Private Reception for Patron level ticket holders/sponsors and above features the best wines and hors d’oeuvres and the opportunity for guests to meet the Featured Vintner, Gérard Bertrand, in a more intimate, relaxed setting and bid on silent auction items.
Silent Auction Reception
7:15 to 8:00 p.m.
Guests enjoy hors d’oeuvres and wine while bidding on wine packages and CCS Alumni art.
Gala Dinner and Live Auction
8:00 to 10 p.m.
The Live Auction features fabulous wine, exclusive travel packages, unique experiences and original works of art. The dinner features 5-courses paired with wines selected by the Featured Vintner.
10:30 p.m. to 12 a.m.
The evening continues as guests enjoy lite bites and other late night snacks.
