Bizarre Bazaar

September 21, 2019
At dusk

""

You are cordially invited to Bizarre Bazaar, a bacchanalian toast to the twentieth anniversary of Center Galleries, the Woodward Lecture Series, and Michelle Perron’s role as Director of Exhibitions at the College for Creative Studies.

Bizarre Bazaar, a soirée for the Office of Exhibitions & Public Programs at CCS hosted in Gretchen & Ethan Davidson's backyard, is an enchanting evening of clandestine performances, allegorical fabulism and celestial effervescence; a feast for five senses, a temple of jubilant mischief, candlelit ritual and floral delight; a swell of live music, bending light, aerial dancing, and underwater conjuration. Bizarre Bazaar is a celebration of the past and an incantation of the future. Join us for food, libations, and mystery.

Bizarre Bazaar is curated by Gretchen Davidson and Michelle Perron and styled by Aki Choklat. Dress whimsically and magically, in the spirit of Bohemian shamelessness. Flat shoes highly recommended.
