Not only is Maureen an accomplished advertising and public relations executive, she also owns a successful small agency noted for creative media campaigns, branding, target marketing, and innovative digital/ interactive media.
Previously, Maureen held senior positions at several international advertising and public relations agencies, specializing in the strategy and creative execution for new product launches, integrated brand marketing, crisis communications, and event planning. Maureen is a Detroit host of Mediabistro.com, a New York-based organization for media professionals. She is often quoted in the media for retail trend expertise and frequently called upon to lecture to industry groups – most recently on the role of social media in business. In addition to marketing and social media classes, Maureen also teaches Business Practices, and has taught both undergraduate and graduate classes in advertising at Michigan State University.
