Having graduated from Detroit's College for Creative Studies in 1984, Terry has designed products for and consulted to many Design-conscious companies, including Steelcase, Ford Motor Company, Whirlpool and Mahindra GenZe. 

His creative influence has been felt on over 40 commercialized products, from toasters to environmental test chambers and diagnostic computers, earning him 24 patents and two Industrial Design Excellence Awards (IDEA) along the way.

After leading the Design teams responsible for interiors in the 2011 Ford Fiesta and 2010 Fusion/Milan (Motor Trend Car of the Year), Terry moved to West Michigan to lead Design and Innovation activities for the KitchenAid Small Appliance Brand, as part of a total revamping of KitchenAid's product line-up.

Terry joined Manindra Genze in July of 2012, as V.P. Design and Product Management. In this role, Terry sets the course for all Design and product development activities.
