(Re)Imagining the Superwoman
For so many women of color having a Superwoman work ethic is considered a badge of honor. However, that badge of honor may be costly to their well-being. While research on women of color in the academy often underscores barriers and adversity they face, few studies examine the health disparities related to race and gender related stressors in the workplace.
