News & Events
This year’s Student Exhibition Opening was a huge success as nearly 3,200 students, alumni, sponsors, and art enthusiasts attended the event, which raised over $280,000 to benefit undergraduate student scholarships and community art programs for Detroit youth.
In addition to raising money for scholarships, CCS students sold more than $85,000 worth of artwork. All sales from the artwork go directly to the artist to help jump start their art and design careers. Thank you to our sponsors, attendees and artwork purchaser!
To schedule a day and time to pick up your purchased artwork, please contact the Events Department at (313) 664-7464 or:
Artwork not picked up by September 1, 2017 will become the property of CCS, unless prior arrangements have been made. If you have questions, please call (313) 664-7464.
