Professional Experience

After Graduating from BYU in 1997 David began working as a Creative Designer at General Motors, from there he took a position consulting at Chrysler working for Alias. David went on to work at Lear as a senior Designer then moved on to Autodesk working with their sales department using his design, modeling and illustration skills to show software solutions to design organizations around the world. With this opportunity David presented at design events, user groups, visited and consulted with product and transportation organizations as well as animation conferences. David went on to take a full-time position at the College for Creative Studies in the Entertainment Arts Department. Since joining CCS David speaks at conferences and keeps up a freelance design consulting business. He regularly consults as a creative designer at Ford Motor Co in the 2000X department with work ranging from design exploration to training.
