Professional Experience

Molly Beauregard is a graduate of the University of Michigan, Loyola University Chicago and the University of Pittsburgh, holding Master’s degrees in both public administration and sociology. She has been a professor of sociology for eighteen years at the College for Creative Studies. Molly’s innovative course, ‘Consciousness, Creativity and Identity’, integrates meditation training into the core curriculum of an academic course. As she reports, “In my classroom incubator, I have found that teaching young people to access their internal sense of being via meditation transforms their sense of self as well as their aptitude for learning.” Molly is also the Executive Director of the Tuning the Student Mind Foundation. Initially developed at CCS, the TTSM Foundation supports consciousness-centered education program initiatives at colleges and universities across the country.
