Molly’s work as an artist focuses on transformation and change, thresholds between the dimensions, power and choice.

Molly’s work as an art therapist focuses on the recovery process following any sort of trauma, the emotional intelligence and growth that is experienced when personalized symbols and myths are utilized to heal the mind and body.

Professional Experience

Molly Diana is a nationally certified Art Therapist and has been practicing Art Therapy in a wide variety of settings with many diverse people for more than 20 years. In 2014, Molly was hired at the College for Creative Studies to teach the Art Therapy Experientials and Art Therapy Models courses.

Molly is the owner of Studio One Art Therapy, a practice that offers rehabilitation and recovery through creativity and art making for people who have experienced the effects of trauma, including those with neurological injuries due to motor vehicle accidents and other causes. Molly also works with all people who have disabilities, relationship and communication concerns, and those who desire more creative empowerment.

Molly is a multi-disciplinary professional artist, exhibiting art work in both public arenas and galleries and currently working on several creative writing and other visual arts projects.
