Applying for Campus Housing
Be sure to follow all the steps. The Housing Application process requires several steps including making payments and completing the online application form. Incoming students must pay the $250 Enrollment Deposit before they can apply for housing.
Reserving space. Applications submitted without the required payments will not have a secure housing reservation.
Housing fills quickly. Housing is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and all students interested in housing can apply at the same time. The Housing Application is open early January through the school year: https://ccshousing.roomchoice.com/home
Online Application through RoomChoice.com. All students applying for CCS housing must pay a $20 application fee to RoomChoice.com and Sign Up (create an account) on the site in order to make a housing selection.
You will Need your CCS ID Number. When completing the RoomChoice.com application, you will be required to enter your CCS ID number. It is included in your admission decision packet, or on any previous enrollment confirmation or tuition statement.
How to Apply for Housing
Step 1: Make Your Payments to CCS
$250 Enrollment Deposit (non-refundable)
Incoming and Current Students:
$200 Housing Deposit only required of students new to housing (may be forfeit after August 1st)
$300 First Housing Payment
Step 2: Complete the Housing Application
- Sign Up/Create an account
- Select your Room and Roommate
- Complete the Application Form
- Pay the $20 Application Fee to RoomChoice.com

*CCS can not guarantee housing for all applicants. If CCS is unable to assign you housing, your Housing Payment and Deposit will be refunded.

Fall 2017 Move-In Dates
- New students move-in: Sunday, August 27, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Returning students move-in: Friday, September 1 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Move-in dates are not negotiable.
