Ibrahim Ozen

I am a designer, currently studying MFA Integrated Design at College for Creative Studies and will graduate in May 2020. I received my bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design at Anadolu University, Turkey. I received an associate degree in Brands Communication at Anadolu University as well.

I have approximately four years of experience in product design. After I graduated from Anadolu University, I worked as a freelance designer for a year. Then, I worked as a product designer at Candy Group Hoover between 2015 and 2016, where I was part of projects designing kitchen appliances. Following this position, I joined the team at Esalba-Tragen Kitchen Appliances Co as a senior product designer. I undertook product design projects between 2016 and 2018 at Esalba-Tragen, where I conducted design processes from the beginning to mass production. In August 2018, I came to the US to study at College for Creative Studies, and I have just completed my thesis related to a user experience solution for personal data security of late-life American consumers.

I am a perpetual dreamer and learner. My purpose is to find solutions that make the world a better place to live in for every single living individual. Nature, living things, and technology inspire me.
