Undergraduate Admissions

CCS is proud to welcome veterans and their dependents to campus. The College is approved for veteran assistance to students receiving Chapters 30, 31,33, 35, and 1606 educational benefits and also participates in the Yellow Ribbon program for Chapter 33 students. Active Duty National Guard candidates may qualify for the Department of Defense Tuition Assistance Program.

Getting Started:

Securing Veteran benefits for the first time:

  • Once you have deposited, you will be registered for classes by your academic advisor during the incoming student registration period (April - June). After you have your course schedule, complete the Request for VA Enrollment Certification. This form will need to be completed each semester you wish to receive VA benefits.
  • Bring a copy of your VA application, Certificate of Eligibility letter and the VA Enrollment Certification form for the current semester to the VA Certifying Official, Karen LaDucer, located in the Office of Academic Advising and Registration in the Yamasaki Building.

If you have used your Veterans benefits at another institution:


Returning Students:

All changes of address, majors, withdrawals from courses must be reported immediately to the VA Certifying official.
